  “I have 2 dogs that I boarded at the Tomball Pet Resort and I will NEVER do it again, nor will I support this business financially in any way. When we picked them up, their blankets and toys were completely saturated in their own urine, indicating that they had not been let out often enough, if at all. The items that were labeled with our name that we had brought with us were not packed and waiting with our bag nor could be located in a timely fashion.
  In the 8+ years of boarding my pets, I have never experienced such rude behavior as I did from the managing partner, Kandi Frohlich. She was blatantly discourteous, uncooperative and disrespectful. And she would not credit the $18.75 left over from our boarding to my credit card. My only option was to take the credit in the form of toys and treats sold in the reception area. Nowhere on their website nor in their marketing collateral do they disclose that any credit left from the $150 deposit is applied solely to future visits and purchases, nor was it stated on the phone at the time the reservation was made. If they call this type of service pampering, I would hate to know what kind of behavior they categorize as cruel, malicious or mistreating.”
