  “They are rude and overpriced. They missed our pick up time, and then when they finally called the next day (Monday) they insisted that if we did not arrive by 3 pm then we would have to pay for the extra day. There was not enough room for my dogs to play or even pee outside, and as far as I can tell there was no staff that came in on Sunday to take care of the dogs. They simply don't understand how to run a business.”
