  “Have a second thoughts if you have big dogs – this place does not separate small dogs from big ones (although they told me they would when I toured the place)! We board our dogs at Bark’N’Lounge over this weekend. The reason I chose this one is that they advertised about the so-called “group play” during the day. However, when my husband picked up our dogs, our Pitbull mix was locked in her kennel – according to the staff there, some yappy small dogs started barking at our dog, so they decided to punish our dog instead of the yappy small dog who started the whole thing. I am disappointed at this entire experience - they should at least contact us to tell us the situation. Also, I noticed that their business hour is 8am – 1pm on Saturday and 3pm – 7 pm on Sunday; so if you are boarding your dogs over the weekend, they will be locked up in the iron bar cage anyway (they call it “suite”, which is actually a 4’x6’ regular dog cage). This place is no special from regular dog boarding place. It is actually over-rated with inexperienced or at least inconsiderate staff. I am going to board our dogs at the Dog Mansion in Roanoke next time.”
