Windwood Boarding Kennels
Great Place
“I find the previous review very difficult to believe. We have boarded our dog at Windwood several times over the past few years, and he has always been treated wonderfully. He is excited when we arrive and in great spirits when we pick him up. The grounds of the kennel and the dogs are both cared for with love. Also, the prices are very reasonable and the owners have always been nothing but kind to us. I would recommend Windwood Kennels. ”

If you love your pet, don't use Windwood
“I left my pet at Windwood for a little more than a week. When I came to pick her up, she had lost 10% of her body weight, was covered with urine, and couldn't get out of there fast enough. When I called the owner on it, he was defensive, rude and unprofessional. He had several contact numbers for me, but never attempted to call to let us know about our dog's condition. He doesn't care about the animals, it's all about the money.”

Pet City Resort
“We were visiting Cincinnati and needed to have our pets boarded. After much review on line we chose Pet City Resort. It exceeded our expectations. The owner was on site and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The large glass windows that allowed one to view the kennels was impressive and creatively decorated. The price was very reasonable and they didn't have add-ons for the simple things, such as, taking your dog on pottie break. If all our trips tooks us by Cincinnati, it would be a relief to have such a wonderful place to leave our animals without any hesitation. Thank you Pet City for setting the standard that all kennels should be graded against. ”
